After purchase, you'll download a .sis file to your PC. Tthen install the file with Nokia Pc Suite or copy it to your phone and install it in File Manager. Once installed, the file is visible in Themes.

When installation please check your application settings:
Menu - Application manager - Options - Settings. Please change the first option "software installation" into "ALL" and the second option "online certificate" into "OFF".
